This is the initial application form. Once you have submitted your application form with $25 application payment, please email a current resume to info@mussarinstitute.org.
You will soon receive a blank recommendation letter and long application form to complete and return to info@mussarinstitute.org to complete the application process. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Once your completed application packet is reviewed, you will receive an email decision regarding the status of your application. Instructions for paying the $325 tuition fee if accepted will be emailed to you with instructions. Payment in full is required prior to attending the training program.
